This one is a true country recipe from Swan Hill in Victoria. Hubby says its the best sauce he ever tasted. A sauce made from a 100 year old Mallee recipe.

What can we say apart from this is vine ripened 1st grade Australian Roma Tomatoes with bay leaves form my garden and a little West Australian Salt. Its all flavour and noting else.
